Dodge Challenger SRT Demon breaks records standing still

Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, the modern day classic that broke so many records it was banned from the drag strip, continues to break records in the auction market.

Barret-Jackson Auctions in Scottsdale Arizona just sold lot 1317, a 2018 Dodge Demon for nearly twice it’s purchase price. A record value for a factory muscle car still in production!

Demon’s instrument panel with animated Demon graphic and an amazing red line for a factory Hemi: 6,500 RPM. The speedometer peaks at 200mph.

This particular car with just three miles on the odometer was recently auctioned for $159,500. Almost twice manufacturer’s recommended retail price!!!

Just days after the auction, the last of 3,300 Demons rolled of the production line today.

Watch the last Demon ever built be assembled mostly by hand.

This particular Demon will be auctioned by Barrett-Jackson along with the very last Dodge Viper ever made. The proceeds from that auction will be donated to The United Way.

Is it possible that the auction of the very last of one of the greatest muscle cars of all time will break yet another record at auction?
